Once every 10 years the UK gov’t does a census. All homes needs to fill it out. The fine for not doing is £1000. Just as in the comic, a certain someone volunteered to complete it and forgot. We were not, however visited by a “Census Police” but by a nice lady asking why we haven’t done the census.
