This happened in-between lockdowns. We had made pizza the night before we each had a couple slices leftover. Laura had to go to the University the next day and since I was working from home, I gave her my pizza slices for lunch.
However, as in the comic, Laura forgot her lunch at home and, well I took back my pizza slices 🙂
